Allyn Evans explains, “Our brain is like the software that guides the hardware of the body. The mind can be reactive or it can be proactive. It is up to us as individuals to recognize and to take responsibility, to hold accountability and to be in charge of our own lives. Otherwise, external factors, including our environment, family and friends are more than happy to do that for us.”
Another main theme that runs through Allyn's body of work: "Whatever is going on energetically with a person will eventually become a physical challenge. I think it was chiropractor Sue Morter who said: 'An energy issue becomes a tissue issue.' We address the energetic system when considering overall wellbeing and teach people tools to support health."
